We are constantly keeping our range of new computers up-to-date with the latest technology available. When you come to one of our computer shops we offer a personal service that is second to none and we talk in plain English so don’t worry if you know nothing about megabytes and gigabytes we are here to help.
All of our desktop computers are built in house by our expert technicians, we only use good quality components, and the parts we use are non proprietary, this means that the out of warranty repair / upgrade costs are low because the replacement components are standard and can be purchased anywhere. Other major brand computers bought from the likes of national major chain stores or the internet can have non standard components that can only be purchased from the manufactures themselves.
We are not in the business of mass production, churning out thousands of PC’s into brown boxes, all of the computers we build get the personal touch from one of our experienced technicians.
When you buy a new computer from the likes of major chain stores, you have the majority of software configuration to do on your own, sometimes the new computers are bloated with useless software and 60 day trials. When you buy a new computer system from us we do all of the configuration necessary, load on full versions of software (not trails that only last 60 days) the normal applications we load free include adobe reader, flash player, java, CD & DVD burning software, DVD playback software and many more, we also configure basic antivirus for free, or if you require a more comprehensive security program we offer lots of different options.
If you are replacing your old computer we offer a free data transfer service, we can copy all of your valuable data, including photos, documents, internet favourites and email settings etc from your old system to the new one.
We offer a delivery and setup service for £25 this includes plugging in your new computer and the setup of any printers, scanners or other peripherals, it also covers the configuration and setup of existing or new broadband connections and email.
